created my own editor for full-text search
I've had this on my TODO-list for a very long time: the editor to create a text-file for each Dilbert comic. I've created this editor, and now I'm up to a monumental task: create a text-file for each comic.

Yesterday, we served the 10.000.000th page. Currently there are around 300.000 pages served per month, that's around 10.000 hits per day. Most of these hits are for the Dilbert pages. For some reason the Garfield pages are not that popular (yet).
Sysadminday
Sysadminday has passed again, and again passed unnoticed. I've been working from 07:30 to 21:15, but no cake, no presents, not even a thank-you.
I've had some fun installing a new machine, but of course it took more time than anticipated. I even got called at 23:55 by someone telling me that everything was working OK, and I could go to bed. Unfortunately, I was already IN bed.
Connected again !
After a long wait, we're finally back on the internet. I had hoped that the new connection would be very stable, but even though KPN isn't paid for this connection anymore, they stll got this site down. Have been not-connected for a little more than a day.
